signs of impending doom? the traffic jam was a result of storms!

stuck in traffic jam for 3 hours on our way back..suspected typhoon....lotsa trees tumbled and signposts fell and electricity in 2 towns in the rural region of medan disrupted...extremely heavy rains and thunder and lightning like ive never seen before.wat was supposed to be an hours trip became an almost 4 hour trip.

the boss's daughter, Christy is flying off to the States for her semester so we had a farewell karaoke session. Perhaps the last time we're gonna hear her version of 'saving all my love for you' this year. Tuney was also here that weekend and he joined us attacking the yummy food at the club.

yes my boifren came to see me that weekend...and he was damn lucky to be invited to the exchange club also..i.e. on the 2nd day...see pics for exchange club for day 2 activities...he had fun shopping...and taking becak...he came just in time for my principal's b'day celebration too.
